Madrid Gathering Promotes Dialogue and Diversity

Madrid brought together community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to mark cultural diversity and peaceful coexistence. The round table included a representative of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, a Roma guitarist and composer, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers presented reflections from faith, culture and public service on how mutual knowledge can reduce prejudice.

In the discussion, participants addressed themes such as human rights, news europawahl cultural identity and respect for differences. Fundación Mejora framed the initiative with Scientology’s emphasis on ethical values and community improvement. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, noted that cultural and religious diversity can become a strength when supported by education and dialogue.
